- Background: Client wanted to understand the expectations from potential buyers and sellers of used cars in terms of their buying/selling experience on their App.
Actual/potential used car buyers, actual/potential used car sellers 22– 45
Sample: 600 (Sellers-300, buyers-300)
Location:Delhi, Mumbai, Kolkata, Lucknow
Challenge: To make sure the respondents could realistically have an app experience
Solution: We created a wireframe that took the user on the app journey with special attention paid to details of the app which was later validated through unaided responses.
